About Us

Dale "Eddie" Evans II

Committed to family values & fair pricing

Eddie was born and raised near Knoxville, Iowa. His father played a huge influence on the man you see today. He was raised by a plumber, and welder. Eddie learned many different trades and skills through his adolescence. At the age of 18, Eddie started a welding career. After spending almost 10 years working on the road and obtaining various knowledge, Eddie settled down in central Missouri in 2013 and created 84 Construction. For the first six years, the company was advertised more as a “handyman” service. Through this time Eddie discovered what he wanted his company to be. In 2019, 84 Construction rebranded as a remodeling company. Eddie has two young children, who you will often hear praises of while on the worksite. As a family man, his goal is to provide your family with the space they deserve. A space that helps you. As 84 Construction grows, Eddie stays committed to his family, his clients, and his community.

Kimberly Evans

A major part in the rebranding of the company

Kimberly was born in Paris, Texas but has lived in Boone County, Missouri for over 20 years. She worked in the childcare industry for six years, while obtaining an Associates degree in Social and Behavioral Science from MACC. During 2019, Kimberly became a part owner of 84 Construction and played a major part in the rebranding of the company. Kimberly looks forward to meeting set goals and being able to make an impact on the community, even if it is one bathroom at a time. Together with Eddie, she raises two young children. Kimberly also is an animal advocate and volunteers with local animal rescues in hopes to help with shelter overpopulation.
